Creative Central (C3) is a growing graphics, web layouts and resources related blog, personally maintained by yours truly, Rain. This website offers free desktop wallpapers, photoshop brushes, background textures and pre-made layouts for personal, inspirational and/or commercial use.

The domain (creative-central.com) was registered April 25, 2010 but was once Essenxa Designs (2007), Chemical Rain (since 2008) and the Creative Central Network (since 2009), rolled into one domain.

Creative Central provides a decent number of web templates for personal use as well as graphics resources to help other artists with their creative projects.
